Information about the project:
The aim of the project was to obtain an international patent protection for the bisphenol A production method and to make the technology to obtain high quality raw-material to manufacture polycarbonates and epoxy resins available for business entities.
Patent protection plays a significant role from the point of view of novel technology importance in industrial development and in realization of the enterprise's goals. The novel technology that ICSO strives to protect is interesting because of the low raw materials consumption and high quality of the product.
It enables to increase the scale of utilization of the new solutions necessary for the development of economy and for the improvement of competitive position of entrepreneurs, as well as for the development of Polish society. Commercialization of bisphenol A technology enables the utilization of novel kinds of catalysts, super modern ways of increasing the capacity, purification of bisphenol A and of new solutions of waste management, as well as the separation of process water from reagents.
