Director
Iwona Szwach, PhD, MBA, has been working at the institute since 1987. She is a specialist in ecotoxicological research and environmental protection analyses. She gradually gained experience in managing people and organizations. She has been the head of the Analytical Department since 2005. She has been the director of research and development since 2010. She took up the position of director of Łukasiewicz - ICSO "Blachownia" on April 1, 2020. More information
Łukasz Kida, M.A.
Chief Accountant
Łukasz Kida, M.A., started working at the institute in 2010. He specializes in finance and accounting as well as in the field of foreign trade and transfer pricing. Since 2012, he served as Deputy Chief Accountant and managed the Finance and Controlling Department as well as the Planning and Controlling Section. He took up the position of Chief Accountant in Łukasiewicz - ICSO "Blachownia" on March 1, 2024. More information
Renata Kulesza, PhD Eng.
Director of the Analytical Research Center
Renata Kulesza, PhD Eng., started working at the institute in 2003. She is a specialist in analytical chemistry and chemical engineering. She has competences in the field of project management and quality management. Originator and manager of the PITRO project. From 2010, she served as the head of the Analytical Department (later as the Leader of the Analytical Research Group). She has been the director of the Analytical Research Center since July 1, 2022. Damian Kiełkiewicz, M.Sc.
Director of the Center for Circular Technology and Economy
Damian Kiełkiewicz, M.Sc., started working at ICSO "Blachownia" in 1998. He specializes in polymer and composite materials technologies. From 2017, he served as Deputy Head of the Synthetic Resins Department, and from 2021, as Leader of the Advanced Materials Research Group. He took up the position of Director of the Technologies and Circular Economy Center on April 1, 2024. More information
