Description of the project:

The aim of the project was to give economic subjects access to the technology to produce high quality raw-material for the manufacturing of polycarbonates and epoxy resins. This aim was achieved by elaboration of process packs for two versions of the novel technology to produce bisphenol A with the quality that will enable its use for manufacturing colorless polycarbonate and epoxy resins. The competitiveness of this technology was measured by thermal stability of the bisphenol A color and raw-materials as well as energy consumption indexes for its production, which are guaranteed in technological offers. The additional aims of the project were: acquisition and increase of experience of researchers about solutions to improve the competitivity of enterprises, and also increase of scientific achievements, which can increase the competitivity of Polish science and its role in economical development.
