Opinion of innovation

The Łukasiewicz Researech Network - Institute of Heavy Organic Synthesis "Blachownia" as an R&D unit conducting continuously scientific research or development works is entitled to issue the opinion of innovation. The Institute offers its service for preparing and releasing document, which is independent opinion about the technology, that is implemented or is planned to be implemented.
Opinion of innovation is an expert opinion about technology, which company wishes to implement within the frameworks of planned investment. Owning such opinion may be necessary for entities applying for UE funding. However, even if such document is not necessary, enclosing it may increase chances for getting a donation.
Requirements for getting the opinion of innovation:

• Opinion of innovation is published on the basis of order card filled by customer and additional documents determined individually for each order, delivered by the customer.

• Opinion is prepared within 21 workdays from the moment of required documents delivery (see above).

• Opinions are released on the Łukasiewicz - ICSO “Blachownia” form, available below. If the customer needs opinion on other form suitable to funding competition program, he is obliged to deliver it with other additional documents.

• The cost of opinion obtaining depends on the level of content complexity. Basic price is 3 500 PLN for one opinion.
