Technology characteristics:

The production process of the bio-component includes original technological solutions concerning the production of methylal, obtaining glycerine formal, the method of transesterification of FAME methyl ester with glycerine formal. The technological process is characterised by complete closure of technological stream circuits and lack of waste streams.

The final product - a mixture of fatty acid esters - easily blends with target motor biofuels (biodiesels) and heating fuels.

Product use:

Excess bioglycerine, not used in the production of propylene glycol, can be processed as a fuel component and returned to motor or heating biofuel.
