The newly developed strategy emphasizes the creation of new strategic areas: Defense and National Security, Chemistry for Industry, Energy Transformation, and Circular Economy, which will now guide the development of the Network in accordance with National Smart Specializations. Commercialization is expected to be the driving force of change in the Network, and it will also serve as an impetus to transform it into a market-oriented organization. The strategy will be implemented in stages, with a four- and ten-year perspective, and its execution will be continuously monitored. Updates and adjustments will be introduced as needed.

The visit of Łukasiewicz Research Network President Hubert Cichocki

Continuing his meetings with the staff of Łukasiewicz institutes, President Hubert Cichocki also visited our unit on December 10 this year. The meeting served not only to present the assumptions of the Łukasiewicz Research Network Strategy but also created an opportunity for the institute's staff to ask the President questions. There was also a flow of information in the other direction – the President was particularly interested in the progress of the institute's cooperation with large state-owned enterprises.
