Project aim:

The aim of the project was development of recipes for technologies to produce new variations of polyolefin heat-insulating materials (polymer foams), characterized by the highest level of fire-retardancy possible for that type of plastics, distinguished by a very good performance, especially high elasticity.

The project was realized within scientific consortium of Institute of Heavy Organic Synthesis “Blachownia”, Thermaflex Izolacje Sp. z o.o. Company in Żarów, Building Research Institute in Warsaw and Centre for Molecular and Macromolecular Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences.
