Deputy Director for Financial and Operational Affairs

Jarosław Świderski, M.Sc. Eng., graduated in 1995 from the Wrocław University of Economics with a degree in Economics and Organization of the Chemical Industry, and later, in 2021, completed postgraduate studies in Master of Business Administration at WSB University.

He gained professional experience, among others, as Head of the Strategy, Development and Promotion Department at the Kędzierzyn-Koźle City Hall, Economic Director at Municipal Water and Sewage Company in Kędzierzyn-Koźle Ltd., Head of the Accounting Department and Chief Accountant at the Opole Regional Branch of the National Health Fund, as well as President of the Management Board of Zakład Komunalny Głogówek Ltd. He participated in the implementation of numerous projects, including PHARE, World Bank, ISPA, Cohesion Fund, Regional Operational Program, and Sectoral Programs. Since 2012 has also cooperated with the Kędzierzyn-Koźle Industrial Park. He has served or continues to serve on Supervisory Boards of JS Consulting Ltd., PTOB TOBUD Ltd., and PKS Głubczyce Ltd.

He started working at Łukasiewicz – ICSO “Blachownia” on December 1, 2025, as Deputy Director for Financial and Operational Affairs.
