“Development of technology for processing plant oils and spent fats as components of biodegradable lubricants and fuels”

Started in 2007 in cooperation with Institute of Fuels and Renewable Energy (Poland), Air Force Institute of Technology (Poland), Lithuanian University of Agriculture (Lithuania), JSC “Rapsoila” (Lithuania). The project ended in 2010.

Project aim:

The aim of the project was the elaboration of novel biodegradable base for lubricating oils and greases through chemical modification of oleochemical raw materials accessible in Poland.
