The Łukasiewicz Research Network has prepared the Łukasiewicz Olympians Programme for the most talented secondary school students. Thanks to it, even during your education and before you choose your field of study, you can become a part of our Institute and the entire Łukasiewicz Research Network and gain your first professional experience under the guidance of specialists.

You will learn how to prepare for your first job – you will be supported in creating your CV and take part in a real recruitment process. Throughout the programme, we will provide you with HR support at every stage of your employment and, most importantly, the support and mentorship of experienced academics while you work with our team!
