Jaros\u0142aw \u015awiderski, M.Sc. Eng.,\u00a0graduated in 1995 from the Wroc\u0142aw University of Economics with a degree in Economics and Organization of the Chemical Industry, and later, in 2021, completed postgraduate studies in Master of Business Administration at WSB University.<\/p>

He gained professional experience, among others, as Head of the Strategy, Development and Promotion Department at the K\u0119dzierzyn-Ko\u017ale City Hall, Economic Director at Municipal Water and Sewage Company in K\u0119dzierzyn-Ko\u017ale Ltd., Head of the Accounting Department and Chief Accountant at the Opole Regional Branch of the National Health Fund, as well as President of the Management Board of Zak\u0142ad Komunalny G\u0142og\u00f3wek Ltd. He participated in the implementation of numerous projects, including PHARE, World Bank, ISPA, Cohesion Fund, Regional Operational Program, and Sectoral Programs. Since 2012 has also cooperated with the K\u0119dzierzyn-Ko\u017ale Industrial Park. He has served or continues to serve on Supervisory Boards of JS Consulting Ltd., PTOB TOBUD Ltd., and PKS G\u0142ubczyce Ltd.<\/p>
