Person resposible for the Gender Equality Plan at \u0141ukasiewicz – ICSO<\/strong><\/h3>

At \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICSO \u2018Blachownia\u2019, a person has been appointed whose primary task is to take actions aimed at fully respecting and implementing the principle of equal treatment and counteracting discrimination based on gender or any other characteristic. This task is carried out through:<\/p>

  1. Initiating, implementing, coordinating or monitoring activities aimed at ensuring equal treatment, especially those specified in the Gender Equality Plan adopted for the unit.<\/li>
  2. Promoting, disseminating and propagating the principles of equal treatment, including providing information about equality courses and training.<\/li>
  3. Development and implementation of a system for monitoring gender equality.<\/li>
  4. Acting as a consultation and contact point for matters relating to violations of the principles of equal treatment.<\/li>
  5. Taking measures to eliminate or reduce the effects of violations of the principle of equal treatment.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
