Jolanta I\u0142owska, PhD Eng., graduated in 1989 from the Faculty of Chemistry at Wroc\u0142aw University of Technology with a Master\u2019s degree. She started working at the Institute of Heavy Organic Synthesis “Blachownia” in 1996. Since 2005, she has held the position of head (and later leader) of the Department of Specialty Chemicals, which was subsequently renamed the Specialty Chemistry Research Group. She earned her PhD in technical sciences from the Institute of Industrial Chemistry in Warsaw in 2002 and her postdoctoral degree in 2017 from the Cracow University of Technology.<\/p>

In 2009, she completed postgraduate studies in technology commercialisation at the University of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. She is an NCBR (National Centre for Research and Development) expert for the evaluation of applications for R&D and structural projects. <\/p>

She is the author and co-author of almost 70 scientific publications, 60 conference presentations, 72 patents and 5 patent applications, numerous implementations and the recipient of numerous awards.<\/p>
