The Institute offers its service for preparing and releasing document, which is independent opinion about the technology, that is implemented or is planned to be implemented.<\/p><p>Opinion of innovation is an expert opinion about technology, which company wishes to implement within the frameworks of planned investment. Owning such opinion may be necessary for entities applying for UE funding.
